England's cricket team arrives in Chennai

Putting all speculations into rest, the England cricket team arrived in Chennai to play a two-test match series against India. The team arrived here amid tight security arrangements. The players arrived in two batches from Abu Dhabi. Later, they were taken to the Taj Connemara Hotel . Heavy security arrangements have been made inside the hotel. The BCCI has booked the entire floor of the hotel where the players are staying.

The England team will undergo a training session at the M.A. Chidambaram Stadium in the morning, while the Indian team will have their nets in the afternoon. The players are completely inaccessible to media due to tight security arrangements. The first test match between India and England will be held in Chennai from Dec 11 - 15.
