Nagpur Test: Sachin Tendulkar hits 40th Century, India 311/5 on Day 1

After a long wait, master blaster Sachin Tendulkar scored his 40th test century to put India on command against Australia on the Day 1 of fourth and final test match in Nagpur. India finished at 311/5 at stumps. Sachin Tendulkar made 109. Sehwag and VVS Laxman made 66 and 64 respectively. At the end of play, Sourav Ganguly was batting on 27. For Australia, debutant spinner Krejza took 3 wickets.
