Justice Albie Sachs to hear Gambhir's Appeal

Breaking News! The ICC has appointed Justice Albie Sachs as Commissioner to hear Gautam Gambhir's appeal against the one test match ban imposed on him by match referee Chris Broad. Justice Albie Sachs will hear Gambhir's appeal within 7 days, which means the left-hand opener may still play in the Nagpur test, which will begin on November 6.

Justice Sachs is a senior judge at the Constitutional Court of South Africa. He is also Cricket South Africa's representative on the ICC Code of Conduct Commission. Justice Sachs is expected to reach India soon.
