India vs Australia Nagpur Test: India win Toss, elect to bat

Breaking News! India won the toss and elected to bat first in the fourth and final test between India and Australia at Nagpur. Tamil Nadu's opening batsman Murali Vijay makes his debut for India, as Gautam Gambhir is not playing in this test because of one-test match ban imposed on him by match referee Chris Broad.

Sourav Ganguly is playing the last test match of his career, while VVS Laxman is playing his 100th test. The Nagpur wicket is expected to favour the batsmen during the first two days, and then may take turn. India will have an upperhand in the test, if they manage to put up a good score in the first innings.
