Zaheer Khan fined 80% of match fee for violating ICC Code of Conduct

Breaking News! India's fast bowler Zaheer Khan was fined 80 percent of his match fee for violating ICC code of conduct during the second match against Australia in Mohali. Zaheer was charged with the Level 2 offence.

According to the charges, he resorted to a wild and unsporting celebration during Matthew Hayden's dismissal in the second innings. Zaheer allegedly shouted at Hayden in an aggressive manner. Match referee Chris Broad had summoned Zaheer Khan, who pleaded guilty to the charges and apologized.
