Warne questions Ganguly's Sportsmanship, Gul too takes a swipe on sourav

Sourav Ganguly found himself in a tight spot after Kolkata Knight Riders lost their IPL match against Rajasthan Royals. He came under severe criticism from the opposition skipper Shane Warne and his own team mate Umar Gul. Warne slammed Ganguly and questioned his sportsmanship in the game. Warne was upset, as Ganguly took his own time to come to bat in the middle.

"I told him, the game is not about you", said Warne. Warne also criticized Ganguly for questioning the catch taken by Graeme Smith, which was ultimately referred to third umpire, who ruled Ganguly not out due to lack of conclusive footage. "I was extremely disappointed with Sourav Ganguly", said Warne.

Warne also accused Ganguly of not playing in the right spirit of the game. Sourav Ganguly also came under criticism from his own team mate Umar Gul. At the post-match press conference, Gul said Ganguly does not have enough experience in the T20 format and falters on many occasions as a captain. He also advised Ganguly to learn from his mistakes.
