Nanavati talks tough, Harbhajan appeals for Mercy

Advocate Sudhir Nanavati, who is appointed as the commissioner to probe the slapgate involving Harbhajan Singh and S Sreesanth, talked tough after watching the video footage. He was literally shocked to see the footage, which clearly showed that Harbhajan slapped Sreesanth without any provocation. While talking to media, Advocate Nanavati revealed that the entire incident looked pre-mediated, rather than spontaneous.

It was also reported in the media that Mumbai Indians coach Lalchand Rajput kept laughing from behind, while Harbhajan slapped Sreesanth. Harbhajan not only slapped Sreesanth, but also bumped on him and hurled abuse. Sreesanth was about to retaliate, but was held back by his team mates and guards.

Even though Harbhajan Singh has made a desperate appeal to BCCI for one last chance, Advocate Nanavati is expected to recommend stricter punishment for the spinner. He may get a 10 - 12 international match ban and hefty fine. Sudhir Nanavati will submit his report to BCCI on Monday.

Harbhajan is a big liar! First it was just a little slap between brothers. Now, the truth of the matter is being revealed. I bet Harbhajan wished he was punished in Australia instead of being exposed like this in his own country. He was guilty then, and is guilty now (with proof).
