Chennai Super Kings register 4th Successive Win, Royal Challengers beaten

Skipper Mahendra Singh Dhoni led Chennai Super Kings to their 4th successive win in the IPL, as they beat Bangalore Royal Challengers by 13 runs in a evenly contested match. Super Kings won the toss and elected to bat first. They piled up 178/5 in 20 overs, thanks to Dhoni's 65 and Hussey's 47. The duo added 76 runs in the last five overs. Raina contributed 28. For Royal Challengers, Zaheer took 3 wickets.

The victory target was not difficult and Royal Challengers were on their way to win, despite losing Dravid early again. However, they lost their way in the middle. The Royal Challengers bowled out for 165 in 19.4 overs. Jaffer scored 53, while Taylor contributed 50. For Super Kings, Gony took 3 wickets, while Amarnath and Joginder Sharma bagged 2 wickets each. Chennai Super Kings is the only unbeaten team in the tournament so far.
