U-19 WC Champions return Home, Felicitated by BCCI

The victorious Indian U-19 cricket team returned home after the World Cup triumph in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

The junior cricketers led by skipper Virat Kohli, were given a Heroes' welcome in Bangalore. They travelled in a open-top bus across the city and were greeted by thousands of people on the road. Later, they were felicitated by BCCI President Sharad Pawar in a glittering ceremony. Each team member was given Rs. 15 lakh each, while all support staff got Rs. 10 lakh each.
