Live from Sydney: Sachin leads Indian Fightback

Chasing a victory target of 240, India is fighting hard to prove a point, thanks to the brilliant batting performance by Sachin Tendulkar. Sachin and Uthappa added 50 runs for the first wicket, before Uthappa fell to a stunning catch by Mike Hussey. Soon after, Gambhir was run out after trying to get a non-existent second run.

Yuvraj Singh did not last long and departed at 10. At one stage, India were 87/3. However, a good unbeaten partnership between Sachin and Rohit has revived India's hope of winning the match. India were 134/3 in 29 overs when reports last came in. Sachin was batting on 70, while Rohit Sharma was batting on 26.
