Mahendra Singh Dhoni, riding on a Twenty20 World Cup triumph, displayed aggression and arrogance before the mighty Australians. But he forgot that playing skills are required to match the aggression. Indian batsmen could hardly match the sharp Australian bowling attack and fell like a pack of crards. Sehwag, Karthik, Utthappa, Gambhir, Rohit Sharma and Dhoni all returned to pavillion cheaply. India bowled out for 74 in 17.3 overs. Irfan Pathan was the top scorer for India with 26. No other batsmen could reach the double figure. For Australia, Bracken took 3 wickets.
