Sangakkara's Century puts Sri Lanka in Command

Kumara Sangakkara scored a timely century to put Sri Lanka in command in Adelaide ODI against India. At one stage, Sri Lanka were 6/2 with both Dilshan and Jayasuriya returning to the pavilion cheaply. But, skipper Sangakkara and vice-captain Mahela Jayawardene added 153 runs for the third wicket do the rescue act.

Jayawardene scored 71, while Sangakkara made a fine 128. Sri Lanka scored 238/6 in 50 overs. India needs 239 to win the match and qualify for the final, which seems to be a daunting task.

When those two fellas play, Sri Lanka are unstoppable. When they don't, they're worse than Bangladesh.
