CB Tri-series: Live Update - India vs Australia, India bags 3 quick wickets

It is another epic battle at Melbourne that both teams are desperate to win. Australia won the toss and elected to bat first. Gilchrist was unlucky to be given out on this good batting track. Sreesanth took the wicket. Despite losing Gilchrist in the very first over, Australia continued to fire and batter Indian bowlers.

Ishant Sharma, in particular was punished. But Sharma had the last laugh, as he quickly removed Hayden and Ponting. Hayden scored 25 off 18 balls with 5 boundaries. Australia were 53/3 in 10 overs when reports last came in.
