Aussies go 'Obnoxious', Hayden let off with a Mild Warning

Matthew Hayden, who called Harbhajan Singh, an "Obnoxious Little Weed" on Brisbane Radio and declared war against him, was let off by the Cricket Australia with a mild warning. No fine or ban was imposed on Hayden. Although the CA found Hayden guilty of violating the code of conduct, it just issued a warning to him.

Not to drag into further controversy, the BCCI and Indian Team Management have decided not to rake up Hayden issue, but they will be tempted to take some drastic action, as Indian TV channels kept playing the recorded version of that interview, in which Hayden ridiculed Indians, Harbhajan and Ishant Sharma.

It is almost certain that Hayden and Symonds will have to pay a price, when they visit India next. Indian crowd may not take these jibes lightly. It is necessary to remove such obnoxious elements like Hayden and Symonds from world cricket. Or else, the day is not too far when we will witness bloodbath on cricket field.

Are you serious? Bloodbath on the cricket field?

Some fans in India called Symonds a monkey (and it was unprovoked!) and so did Harbajan, and Symonds must be made to pay for this again when he returns to India?

Harbajan IS an obnoxious little weed. Just look how he behaves with other players. Some Indian fans need to face the fact that their players are sometimes in the wrong!

Ponting after his usual struggle that we ’ve seen on this tour was released when Praveen struck again. Have you noticed that he has stopped sledging? Well it was left to the “obnoxious little weed” Harbhajan Singh to remove some other obnoxious big weeds - He removed both Symonds and Hayden.

Harbhajan paid it back to the Aussies, and in style. Kudos to the Turbanator, who turned out to be Australia's tormentor. The Battle of Sydney was won by Harbhajan and Team India.
