Team India rebels, BCCI supports team, toughens stand
Breaking News! It's rebellion down under. The Indian team, upset and enraged over bad umpiring and Harbhajan's ban, has revolted and decided not to play further unless the issue is sorted out with immediate effect. The team refused to go to Canberra to play in the practice match and decided to stay back in Sydney.The BCCI confirmed the news and held an emergency meeting at BCCI President Sharad Pawar's residence. It was decided in the meeting that Indian team won't play until the current issue is resolved. The BCCI has demanded immediate ouster of Steve Bucknor and Mark Benson from the elite panel and revocation of ban on Harbhajan Singh. The BCCI thundered that it would not accept racism charges against any of its players under any circumstances. It was also decided that Indian team will stay back in Sydney until further instructions.
