Nation outraged, India may cancel the Australian Tour

If we believe the media reports and insider sources besides the logical facts, India may abandon the Australian tour. The Indian team management, BCCI, media and more importantly, millions of cricket fans across the globe are outraged over the way they were treated by the Australians, umpires and match referee.

Even if the BCCI wants to continue with the tour, Indian public won't allow it to do so. Emotion was on a high after India lost the Sydney test match due to worst kind of umpiring. The ban on Harbhajan added insult to injury. The nation's pride is at stake. Can BCCI afford to ignore the public emotion???

I am a computer engineer in USA and have realized by my stay here in the last 10 years, that the greatest thing an individual has is one's self pride. That is what sets an individual apart.

The umpiring was disgraceful. To think they never gave the Aussies out and when Dravid was not out, asked Ponting about it and gave it. Shameful!!

For gods sake Indians, please unite behind our 'Turbanotor' -- Ponting's nemesis who is being ousted to boost the Aussie Captian's batting avg., and ask India to return home...

If we condone the Aussies now and contine the tour, we are disgracing Mother India. Please let us unite and ask our Indian team to return. Please unite.

I completely agree. The Indian Cricket Team must show self pride and return.

To hell with what Sharad Powar thinks and says.

If Harbhajan's ban is not revoked and if he is not allowed to play then India must fly back home. The tour be damned!
