Yuvraj Singh scored Century

Despite bagging the "Player of the Series" award against Pakistan in recently concluded ODI series, Yuvraj Singh had to sit out of the first two test matches because of a faulty selection policy. He got a chance to play in the third test match only when Sachin Tendulkar and M S Dhoni got injured.

He gave a fitting reply to his detractors by scoring a century at a time when India needed him the most. Yuvraj reached his third test hundred in style. He was batting on 124 when reports last came in.
