Selectors sprung Surprise, picked Sehwag for Australia Tour

The Indian selectors are always known for giving surprise to the cricket fans. Today, they did the same while picking up the squad for Australian tour. Virender Sehwag, who was not even in the list of 24 probables, has been included to the 16-member team that would tour Australia on December 17.

Indian team has not been able to solve the opening puzzle with both Karthik and Gambhir failed to live up to the expectations. The selectors relented when Kumble recommended Sehwag's name. However, Sehwag's form still remains a mystery for Indian cricket fans. Besides Sehwag, UP all-rounder Pankaj Singh is another surprise inclusion in the team.
