Kolkata Test heading for a Draw
India wanted to win the test and series at Eden Gardens, Kolkata. Everything went well for Team India until Misbah-ul-Haq appeared on the scene. Misbah, supported by Kamran Akmal and Mohammad Sami virtually took the game out of India's control. The Kolkata test is heading towards a draw. Pakistan not only avoided follow-on, but also reduced the first innings lead for India. The team was bowled out for 456. Misbah remained unbeaten on 161. For India, Harbhajan took 5 wickets.India began their second innings on a strong note with a lead of 160 runs on board. At stumps on 4th day, India reached 141/2. Wasim Jaffer yet again proved his calibre by scoring 56. Karthik made 28. Dhoni and Ganguly were batting on 28 and 24 respectively when the bails were taken off. India now has a lead of 301 runs.
