Hayden scores ton, India fights back

Matthew Hayden and PA Jaques put Australia in command in the Boxing Day test match against India in Melbourne. Australia won the toss and elected to bat. Hayden and Jaques added 135 runs for the first wicket. Jaques scored 66, while Hayden scored the 28th hundred of his career. However, later India fought back by getting 3 quick wickets. Kumble took 2 wickets, while Zaheer took one. Australia were 205/3 when reports last came in. Hayden was batting on 115.
