Australia ropes in Mclean to counter Indian Aggression

Australian team is well-known for their on-field aggression. However, they were taken by surprise with India's young-blood aggression when they visited India a couple of months back. That forced them to rethink on their strategy. Australia has hired a leadership guru, Ray Mclean, who will give lessons to young Australian cricketers on how to counter aggression.
According to sources, McLean has made it clear to the players that they had to look at themselves as the leaders of the Australian cricketing fraternity. Mclean is working on setting team goals and standards. He also strengthened leadership values.
