Sreesanth, R P Singh ruled out of First Test

Indian cricket team received a jolt ahead of the test series against Pakistan, as pacers R P Singh and S Sreesanth have been ruled out of the first test match due to injury. Munaf Patel has been recalled as a cover-up for the injured bowlers.

The only relief for India came when wicketkeeper-batsman M S Dhoni has been declared fit for the first test match to be held in Delhi. It could be recalled that he injured his ankle during the final ODI against Pakistan at Jaipur.
