Delhi Test evenly balanced, India bowled out for 276

Indian tailenders failed to show any resistance, as India bowled out for 276 in the first innings of the Delhi test match. VVS Laxman was left stranded on 72. Only Kumble offered some sort of resistance with a fighting knock of 24. Pakistani spinner Danish Kaneria took 4 wickets.

With India leading Pakistan by a meagre 45 runs, the match is evenly poised. If Pakistan put up a good batting display in the second innings, India will find it difficult to chase even a score of 250 in fourth innings on a fragile Kotla pitch.
