Greg Chappell to join RCA as Advisor

Former India coach Greg Chappell has agreed to be the advisor of the Rajasthan Cricket Academy (RCA). The academy will become operational from October 2007. He will be assisted by Ian Fraser. It was announced by the RCA President Lalit Modi in a press release.

Chappell and Ian will work together to identify and train the future talent in Rajasthan. The academy will have five indoor pitches, a full video analysis system and 24 outdoor practice wickets. The academy will accommodate 70 students. In the first phase, the RCA will recruit 110 students in five batches of 22 from Rajasthan.
